Solution:
Firstly, you should provide the user with the self help guide based on how they are accessing the Mii Collab Feature.
Via Application:
"K:\SharedFiles\IT\User Self-Help Guides\Mitle Voicemail Softphone Quick Reference Guide.pdf"
If the user cannot access with these instructions because their pin is not working, first have them try 1111 as that is the default value. If not, we can reset the pin to this default value via the admin interface. Login instructions are located in this doc.

There is also a video reviewing basic features for the phone system in this same folder.
After you login to the admin page.
- Go to the users tab.
- Search for the user.
- Check the user and in the top menu click "More" and select reset passcode.
- You will be prompted as to which passcode to reset. Select Voicemail password and they will receive an email confirming reset within 5-10 minutes. Then have the user follow prior instructions provided.
