Synopsis: During updates or outages phones may be put into a locked state.
Example TIcket Regarding:
[#3003] MiCollab : Worldwide ServiceDesk
Solution:
Locate and press the "Hot Desk" button.
It should be displayed on the lower-left Soft Button.
Enter your extension number, and press the "Enter" button.
Enter your PIN. (This is the PIN that you set for your Voice Mail.), and then press the "Enter" button.
Your phone should then login, and display your normal screen.
If they do not know their PIN.
Then login to the administration console. (Document below)

You can reset their password for their pin & voicemail via this admin interface.
Reset generally takes 5/10 minutes and user can then sign back into their device.
