Synopsis: Employee cannot access an order via S2K and receives a message "Order In Use"
Example TIcket Regarding:
[#3113] Need a Spreadsheet Recovered : Worldwide ServiceDesk
Solution:
Check with the user if they got kicked out of their S2K screen. Most commonly this issue is the user dropping their connection and trying to grab the order that their prior session was still holding onto. Sometimes the system may also be holding onto the record. So, it would be advised to first check QSYSOPR for any errors before releasing if the user was not looking at the order.
When you are ready to release the order go into S2K.
If Order:
Customer Orders --> Utilities--> Reset Order in Use Flag

Then type in the order # and backorder code if one exists. Company # is always 1.

Follow the prompt to release order and then the employee will have access to the record.
IF PO:
Go to Purchasing -->Utilities --> Reset Order In UseFlag

Then type in the order # and backorder code if one exists. Company # is always 1.
Follow the prompt to release order and then the employee will have access to the record.
